Services Provided
We offer creative services including (but not limited to) branding, graphic design, packaging design, website design, and content creation. Each project scope will be defined in a written agreement or proposal.
Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client feedback, revisions, or unforeseen changes. Timely communication and approvals are essential to meeting deadlines.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 50%] is required to begin any project.
Remaining balance is due upon final approval, before final files are released or the website is launched.
Late payments may incur a [e.g., 10%] late fee after 7 days overdue.
All prices are quoted in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars [TTD] unless stated otherwise.
Revisions
Each project includes up to [e.g., 2] rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at an agreed hourly rate or as a separate fee.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in communication may impact delivery dates.
Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, final approved designs are transferred to the client.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
All unused concepts and designs remain the property of MarketMovers Designs.
Cancellation Policy
If a project is cancelled after work has begun:
The deposit is non-refundable.
Additional work completed will be invoiced accordingly.
No rights to preliminary or completed work are granted unless paid in full.
Liability
MarketMovers Designs is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of any work created. We are also not responsible for any errors in content provided by the client
Confidentiality
All client information and project details are kept confidential and will not be shared or disclosed without consent.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. This agreement is governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
